Michelle LaDuke, Founder, and CEO of
Living Springs Water International and Living Water for Africa Initiative
​
She is a wife, mother, grandmother, business owner and real estate broker by trade. Her negotiating skills come into use when finding the right location along with her ease in finding solutions to problems. Those who truly know her would say her ability to love people unconditionally is most admirable, she is a natural born leader and a champion for those with no voice. During her first trip to Nigeria, she visited a village which had a borehole for clean water and learned it was nonfunctioning for 3 years. Wasting no time assessing the needs of this village and arranged for the needed repairs, equipment, and installation. This experience gave Michelle a new purpose and vision which then, in turn, gave birth to Living Springs Water International and Living Water for Africa Initiative. With the full support of her husband Mark Naeyaert, who sits on the board of directors for LSWI and LWFAI. They both are committed and dedicated to helping the people of Nigeria, Africa with their need for clean water.

Erica is a graduate of Oakland University, with dual degrees in Education and Psychology. After several years of teaching, Erica took time to raise and nurture her three daughters. Since then, Erica has rejoined the working world in business, sales, and real estate. Erica is a gifted teacher and educator along with her natural ability to multitask and develop systems make her an asset to LWFAI team. Her steadfast belief is everyone should have the right knowledge and tools for the job, so she jumped at the opportunity to provide life-giving resources to the people on the continent of Africa.
